Guarantee from the JustBuy online store

We guarantee that the product purchased from us is functional and does not contain any mechanical damage detected at the time of sale. The goods in our store are covered by a warranty from the store for a period of 1 to 36 months depending on the specific product. The warranty period can be selected in the product card on our website. Confirmation of warranty obligations is the warranty card of the JustBuy store (if you lose it, it is not a problem, we will check the remainder of the warranty by serial number). Apple and other brand products are also provided manufacturer's warranty (repair or replacement outside of Ukraine).

The warranty for the sold products provides for free repair of the products during the warranty period specified in our warranty card, or their replacement with similar ones in the event that repair is impossible.

If your product is out of order within 14 days from the day of purchase, we will issue a new one or refund the money (provided it is a complete set and there are no visible defects).

Diagnostics of the device takes from 1 to 14 days, depending on the complexity of detecting the defect. After detecting a defect, the product is sent to the manufacturer's official service center in Ukraine or abroad, depending on the brand of the product. The term of delivery of the device to the client from the moment of detection of the defect ranges from 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the problem and the specifics of logistics. We value your time and are not interested in delays in servicing the warranty of your device - more often it takes 3-4 weeks.

Inspection for the absence of defects and completeness of the product is carried out when the product is delivered to the buyer (completeness is determined by the product description or the operating manual). We at 100% cannot guarantee that the dispute will be resolved in your favor if the goods are not inspected upon receipt.

Exchange and return of goods

It is carried out according to Art. 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" within 14 days from the day of purchase, provided that:

✔ product new, that is, which has not been used and has no signs of use;
✔ does not have scratches, abrasions, etc.;
✔ the software did not change;
✔ no more than 5 minutes of conversation on the phone counter, no more than 3 battery recharge cycles on the laptop counter;
✔ preserved: complete set, labels, integrity and all packaging components, factory marking.

Activated goods/with traces of use/defects are accepted only upon approval and with a discount, which is determined depending on the condition of the goods and its set.

During the period of sale of novelties (the product has recently appeared on the market), an exchange/return within 14 days of an unactivated product of proper quality is possible only at the price indicated on the website at the time of returning the device.

You can exchange or return the product in our store. To return or exchange the product, you must have:

✔ passport
✔ warranty card
✔ goods receipt
✔ product with complete set, labels, all packaging components.

The exchange and return of the product is carried out after the store checks the above-mentioned points and conditions of use of the product. In some cases, it may take a few days to check the item and prepare the refund amount.

If you are in another city, the goods must be sent by Nova Poshta.

The seller does not provide warranty service for products in the following cases:
  • the loss of the warranty card, the presence of entries or corrections made in it not by the Seller;
  • discrepancies between the serial numbers of the components and those specified in the warranty card (if the product is equipped with it);
  • the presence of mechanical damage (creases, chips, deep scratches, cracks, impact marks, bending, broken parts),
  • products with erased product markings, illegible serial numbers;
  • presence of signs of repair by unauthorized persons (dissection of blocks, traces of soldering, traces of mechanical damage on screws, violation of warranty seals, replacement of parts, etc.);
  • the presence of damage resulting from accidents, exposure to fire, moisture, aggressive chemicals, as well as due to the actions of third parties or force majeure;
  • with signs of burning or smoking of the product (burnout of conductive elements, microcircuits, circuit board, case, etc.);
  • damage caused by foreign objects, insects, etc. getting inside the product;
  • malfunctions caused by the use of non-original consumables;
  • failure of the product due to the fault of the Buyer (when using the product not for its intended purpose, commercial operation of the product for domestic purposes, incorrect installation and connection, violation of the rules of operation, storage and transportation, set out in the user manual);
  • if the product is incomplete, lacks documentation, drivers, connecting cables, original packaging, or is damaged;
  • operation of the product with unlicensed, uncertified or virus-infected software products.
  • non-compliance with the State standards of the parameters of power, telecommunication and cable networks and other external factors (climatic and other);
  • incorrect work with the software and hardware part of the product (reprogramming Flash - Bios, etc.);
  • as well as in other cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine - incorrect work with the software and hardware part of the product (reprogramming Flash - Bios, etc.).
The service center can refuse warranty repair in case of:
  • violation of the security of warranty seals;
  • the presence of mechanical and other damages caused by intentional or negligent actions of the buyer or third parties;
  • violation of the rules of use set out in the operating documents;
  • unauthorized dissection, repair or change of internal communications and components of the product, changes in the structure or scheme of the product;
  • incorrect filling of the guaranteed coupon;
  • if the serial or IMEI number stored in the product's memory has been changed, deleted or not set.
Warranty obligations do not cover the following malfunctions:
  • natural wear and tear or exhaustion of the resource;
  • accidental damage (defects caused by the customer);
  • damage due to natural disasters (natural phenomena);
  • accessories for the sold equipment (headsets, chargers, charging cables)
  • damage caused by careless handling or use (non-compliance with the temperature regime, exposure to liquid, dust, mechanical damage, entry of foreign objects into the case);
  • damage caused by emergency power ups or downs.
