Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch takes 1–3 days. Delivery is charged according to Nova Poshta tariffs, and payment is made at the branch upon receipt.

When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS inviting you to collect it
Schedule: Mon–Fri 10:00–20:00; Sat–Sun 10:00–18:00.

Cash payment (no extra fees)

Transfer to an individual entrepreneur account (+3%)
We will send the IBAN account number after order confirmation or at the store upon pickup. Please note: The transfer usually takes 20-60 minutes.
Non-cash without VAT (+5%)
from LLC, private entrepreneurs (without VAT).
In-store terminal (+3%)
When paying for an order in-store with a Visa or Mastercard, a 3% service fee will be added to the total. The transaction is processed through a payment terminal.
