Product Return

1. General Return Conditions

You can return or exchange a product within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the Law of Ukraine 'On Protection of Consumer Rights'.

Only new, unopened products that have not been used and have retained their original appearance, factory packaging, and full contents are eligible for return.

Products that show signs of use, are damaged, or do not have their original packaging are not eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Products

According to the CMU Resolution No. 172, the following products are not eligible for return:

  • Headphones (in-ear, earbuds)
  • Personal hygiene products (trimmers, electric shavers, etc.)
  • Software with opened packaging or activated license keys
  • Installed or activated gadgets and accessories
  • Custom-made or assembled products

3. Conditions for Return

To process a return, the product must be:

  • In its complete set (instructions, chargers, warranty card, box)
  • Without any mechanical or other damage
  • With intact seals and factory labels
