With random access performance of 1,050,000 IOPS for reading and 1,400,000 IOPS for writing with 4KB blocks, this SSD is engineered for speed. The device includes a heatsink to maintain stable temperatures under heavy loads, a DRAM buffer, and supports Intelligent TurboWrite 2.0 and HMB (Host Memory Buffer) technologies, enhancing performance and data processing. The write endurance is rated at 2400 TBW, and the mean time between failures (MTBF) is up to 1.5 million hours. It is shock-resistant up to 1500g/0.5ms, ensuring reliability.
