Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ octa-core processor, it includes one Cortex-X4 core clocked at 3.4 GHz, three Cortex-X4 cores at 2.85 GHz, and four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0 GHz. The Immortalis-G720 MC12 GPU running at 1300 MHz ensures high performance in graphics tasks. Available configurations include 12 or 16 GB of RAM and 256, 512 GB, or 1 TB of internal storage, expandable via microSD cards. For photography, it features a dual rear camera setup with a 13 MP main sensor and an 8 MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera consists of two 12 MP sensors, ensuring high-quality video calls and selfies. The device is powered by an 11,200 mAh battery with fast charging support. It is protected to IP68 standards, making it resistant to dust and water. The tablet runs on Android 14 with the One UI interface. The Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra supports the S Pen stylus, included in the box, which also has IP68 protection. The device is available in Silver and Gray colors.
